I haven't updated cuz I didn't want people to get lost looking for the mixtapes and such. If you still read this and still care about my efforts...then you'll be happy to know I got MORE new music coming out.

I got the Gold Rush project coming out. All beats done by my uncle, Seth Boogie....this isn't our first rodeo, cowboy...........get that Western reference with the cover?

A 4 song EP produced by my ex-school-peer, Kool Kutta. The songs, "Up There", "Down There", "Over There", "Right Here"....haha, get it?

AM TO THE AM is my joint mixtape with fellow Third Worldian, Ace Boogie. This is gonna be one of the hottest projects to come off the label this year. I'm not gonna leak any info on it, cuz you GOTTA WAIT!!!

I just finished this on my part. Shaun Fauste will feature on the song I did over Wiz Khalifa and Curren$y's "Car Service"...I get BASED on this mixtape, and I'm starting to drop little knowledges....peep it...soon. Synthetic Cubism...I was originally gonna use only beats sampling Melvin Bliss' "Synthetic Substitution", but those are old school instrumentals that can't be found...I tried.....so that concept was thrown out.

I just made the cover to this. No songs on it yet. The cover is a screenshot from Final Fantasy 7, showing Tifa's Seventh Heaven bar....with the Window's 7 logo. I guess the codename will be 777.

I'm producing for others too. Czech out Monty C. Benjamin of 2MG(2nd To None Music Group). "Beyond Belief"...

In case you thought I was dead or in retirement...I'd like to prove you wrong.

I'm...WHEW!!! I've been sitting on most of this material since July......I'll be putting the tracks in the playlist later....I just wanted the material online first........Am I in retirement, have I stopped?

The Wettening 6: Synthetic Cubism.....Les Miserables on the way too!!!!

--midas is the hardest working nigga in the underground...am I lying?--

~p.s.: A song...well, the beat anyway...will appear on M.O's "The Maurice Album"....I took the liberty to rap on it since I made it....

Deal Or No Deal

| | 0 Muthafuckin' Comments »
Hey.

I'm bored. I'm ambitious.

I came up with an idea. I'm just gonna juke the middle man and do what I wanna.

I decided I'm going to send a demo to multiple labels. I've never encountered a person who doesn't feel the music I make, so I'm going to ride that positive feed back to a record contract.......Who am I looking at?

Well, the first was the biggest, most hyped up label....Roc Nation.......but they don't release contact info....that's an exclusive club......maybe later.........in the mean time...

Welp, that's the only one I care about....who better to turn to for making Hip-Hop????

I was thinking about just burning EVERY single song I did onto a DVD and telling them, "Aye, check me out, get lost in my sound.".....then I thought, they get a million muthafuckas with decent songs looking for a dealio and I'd get lost in the stack of CD's. I don't want that to happen, so I'm thinking of putting a few original songs on it, and maybe 2 Wettening joints.

Potential list:
  • Storm Out(From Les Miserables)
  • When Nature Calls(From Music For Dummies)
  • The One He Campaigned On(Dead Presidents II--Wettening 4)
  • The One He Shed Light On(Where I'm From--Wettening 5)
Nothing's final....but I'm trying to make it. It's getting cold. I'm broke as fuck, and I refuse to work a 9 to 5. That's not me, and EVERYBODY knows that.

I'm HUNGRY!!!! I just hope those suits will listen and approve my shit. That would be so fucking cool.

Just to say, I ain't have to meet somebody who knew somebody who knew somebody who knew somebody. To just get a deal by sending a demo...and THEY LOVED IT!!! I'd love it!!!

If you didn't think I was dead ass, he's proof I am.

I may need a job, cuz odds are stamps are gonna cost....but I feel Def Jam is gonna work..why?

Cuz this is where life has guided me. I feel it. What up, Rick Rubin? What up, Simmons? I'ma be there. I guarantee..like George Foreman....if you remember his Meineke commercials....

--midas is outta here, baby--

REMINDER(AH!!)

In case you've completely forgotten, or are just plain new to Midas Welle....I'm the best...at what I do....true shit. Trip with me so you know what to expect.

The Wettening 2: Man On Neptune....a project I sorta foresaw after The Battalion. I used nothing but beats produced by The Neptunes. I whole bunch of sappy love songs, some street shit, some hot spitter shit...the usual....dope shit. I like it...some of it...some songs I don't wanna be reminded of....but I'm gonna put them out so that niggas and negrettes know that I can be butt too. This is DONE!

The Wettening 3: The Spear Mint(Experiment)...I used "bubblegum rap" beats....not all are considered bubblegum beats, but they are singles for the most part. I spit, do some renditions as usual, doing my thang. I like my "Swag Surfin'". This is 2 songs from completion at the moment.

The Wettening 4:Shadow...the first one that I actually took the picture...these are Backgammon pieces I placed on the floor creating the Roman numeral 4. This is semi-dedicated to my uncle...one of my biggest influences for music. The rise of my delivery as well as my lyricism. This is DONE!!

The Wettening 5: Victorious Loser....The Roman numeral 5 is V, V is for victory...but since I'm not anywhere with all these hot ass verses, I am a loser. The picture is of me in HTC doing my impression of an Anime pose...they always have their eyes closed and throw up peace for some reason. This has 7 songs on it.

Clad with an ugly ass picture of myself, DeeJay Big Mick Presents...The Green Party...SUPER EP...it has 3 songs on it...and that may be where it gets left at.

Stereo Symphony Presents...A Dollar And A Dream....5 songs on it...but they sent more beats, so it's technically not done.

On the off chance you remember 20-X...STOP REMEMBERING...where is my Men In Black memory-wiping-flashy-thingy? I'm going to put up the two songs I had for it..eventually.

That's all...in what, two or three months, 6-7 projects. Your boy went ham......and turkey. I DO THIS SHIT!!!!

I'm out. Wait for me.

--midas heard something out back..if it's a burglar...eh, God bless...--

I've been gone, what, a month or so?

I haven't gone anywhere.

Been right here...bullshitting, recording songs, getting better every lyric.

I got 60 some songs in the playlist?

I'm sitting on 141 now...they've yet to be uploaded cuz honestly, I shouldn't be on The Wettening 5 without part 2 available for download...but shit happens.

So, in the wonderful world of Midas Muthafuckin' Welle.....Um, music, women, and depression.

A LOT of texting buddies, they help keep me sane....I fuckin' hate texting.

I FINALLY finished Les Miserables, the last collab verse came in last week, I finished a song that was to guest star Lady S, but I never got around to getting at her, and life is just too real for everybody nowadays...Next trip, I promise.

The Wettening 2: Man On Neptune is done, has been for like 2 months. It's the rise of my lyricism and song (re)making...A LOT of sappy love songs and hardcore shit talk...that's what I was on at the time. If you know me, you know why. Nuff said.

The Wettening 3: The Spear Mint has 13 songs on it, BANGERZ. Haha. I got a few on there, I REALLY like...others, I was bullshitting, and you'll know.

The Wettening 4: Shadow is done...you ain't know about that...I'm rapping on a lot of gangsta beats, cuz that's what I was on.

The Wettening 5: Victorious Loser...I started that like two or three days ago, and I have like 6 songs on it already...Some of my best lyrics.

Other than that, The Green Party might remain 3 songs if Big Mick doesn't quit dickin' around on Facebook and not sending beats....I STILL listen to The Stephanie Meyer EP, and Clouded Judgment...I have a project with this production duo from Michigan, Stereo Symphony..I had 5 songs, and was gonna leave it there, but they sent 6 more beats...I wanna do those right....

Now the 'depression'. I need a job. Being this live without a plan to take it somewhere is killing me. Easily, I can hop on a plane and go anywhere in the continental U.S...but that would be utterly foolish without funds and a plan...so I'm chillin'......

More and more people feel what I say because of how I say it, or they just like my voice...Whatever, people are listening..I thank you.

Everybody wants beats, everybody wants to record. Very few niggas who ask for my beats deserve my beats. Real shit, no arrogance in that. This muthafucka who's been pestering me since June about recording exchanged info with me last month, and still hasn't made a move...you're not serious....My nigga, Dureality, isn't serious about music, but makes EFFORTS to get his shit recorded...says A LOT about y'all niggas.

As for the whole crew...

Third World is in the process of recording a compilation....but it looks like the majority of the verses come from me and Ace...thus far....and the majority of the production is me.........thus far......DOPE songs....thus far......I can't stop listening to them.......the title, in case you don't know, derives from Purple Rain, the scene where The Kid slaps Apollonia and says, "He doesn't care about you."........We feel, these rappers don't care about the people who listen to their music....if I didn't care about who listened to my music, why would I make it so FUCKING fun to listen to? I don't know.......look out for this shit, classic......as always.

Other than that...it's getting cold again. I'ma need a boo thang, or I'ma go insane this winter...that's a promise.

Second thought, need, no. Just a nice little want.

Damn, I'm Fausting.

Hahaha!

Who? Ralph Nader!

I got bored again during the downtime after recording "Papa Smurf Presents...Clouded Judgment"......so, I'm at it AGAIN!!!

I reached out to a former schoolmate, DeeJay Big Mick....I'm not too familiar with his beat style, but I'm looking forward to it....the beats are on the way, and when they arrive, I'll be back to writing.

The concept, it's 'politics as usual'....I'm not a Liberal nor a Conservative....The Green Party sounds like fun....weed, money and Absinthe all over the place......well, not really.........but stay posted.

I spent about 3 or 4 days doing ANOTHER EP.....I wonder what this looks like from the outside looking in. To me, it's kinda normal....to the average listener, I may appear to be a sleepless 'machine.'......DJ Mr.Rodgers called me a machine...I laughed. So without further ado....(I am going to kick Google's ass if they take this post down...I'm getting REALLY tired of that shit.)

  1. Intreezy--By Papa Smurf himself
  2. Without A Trace--Just "going in".
  3. The Block Is Hot--A witty 2 person exchange between a basehead and a dopedealer...I'm doing my impressions of Gucci Mane and Young Jeezy...I'm not dissing, I just needed characters.
  4. Another Quaalude--You'll love me in the mornin'...ain't that right? I do "singing" at the end.
  5. I Be Spittin'--A statement...and somewhat of a good song...I actually consider this a song.
  6. Me Love You Long Time--This could be interpreted as racism...but it's all fun and games. I know the difference between the Chinese, Koreans, Japanese, Vietnamese, Pacific Islanders, et cetera...it's funny if you listen past the stereotypes.
  7. Piece De Resistance--More distorted auto-tune in the beginning, but more pure rapping.
 I like this junt.....but I'm still listening to DJ Mr.Rodgers Presents...The Stephanie Meyer EP......hmmm, what's next?

Review Askew

| | 0 Muthafuckin' Comments »

Ever since Third World Records came into existence, every original all-star was to release a solo effort...but time was running out before the age of 18 and college, so me, Skeem, Fauste and Ace joined forces to create Hip-Hop supergroup, M.T. Bag...like Slaughterhouse...but less violent, and more musical.

Though Skeem and Fauste were in the early stages of their development, my apprentice was Ace Boogie. He was the first to come to my crib and knock out songs with me. He absorbed all of my methods like some kinda sponge, and in late 07...or 08, he began to work on a solo cut......from The Wally West EP, a song was taken, and put on M.I.C(Made In Cincinnati)...Mr.Everything-Ya-Thought....he didn't even get to rap on it...sadly..........but that proves he had what it took to create his own project and have people enjoy it.......I asked to review this by the way...........

"Get Mine"...produced by Ace Boogie. This is the intro, utilizing a sample by Curtis Mayfield "Give Me Your Love." I know that, cuz I made a beat out of the same song. It's a smooth introduction into the mind of Ace Boogie, clad with all his usual subject matter, weed, having sex with your significant other, with minimal tongue twisting(which he is famous for)....I rather enjoy the segments where he has conversations with a slowed down voice, which is to represent the man who's woman gets slutted out by Third World...and the part where a sped up voice is to represent a female fan who is paying him compliments...highly creative...I'd do the same shit if I could figure out how to fuck with tempo on vocals in Cubase.

"Til The A.M" ft. M.O Hour...produced by Papa Smurf. This joint is a nice pure emcee joint. Just pure spitting. Nothing spectacular, but the lyrics are good. Listen!

"Semi-Ballin'"...produced by Papa Smurf. I was to use the beat to this joint for F,000,L'$ G0LD, which I canceled. This is the single. It is an honest take on being happy with not rocking brand name clothing, maintaining, and being cool regardless. It's a good song, but honestly, I'm tired of hearing it....but that doesn't take away from how good it is.

"Single Night" ft. Average Joe...produced by Ace Boogie. A smooth, laid back song. Ace begins to flex more word play and begins to touch on the tongue twisting he does. Average Joe drops one of the best verses I've heard from him thus far, he sounds like baskmasking...in reverse though.

"On The MIC" ft. Skeem Da General and Midas Welle...produced by Ace Boogie. This is a really old beat...and the hook is on some false advertisement shit..."It's two muthafuckas gettin' down on the mic." One of my favorites...NO, not because I'm on it, but because overall, it's a really good song. Skeem sounds worried when the beat goes bump, bump, bump, bump, haha, no offense.

"Str-A Rhymes"...produced by Ace Boogie. This is where Ace begins to settle into the album, and brings more potent word play, no chorus. Just straight rhymes.

"Hawt Steyeles" ft. Shaun Fauste and Midas Welle....produced by Ace Boogie. Shaun goes hard, Ace flips the script like a muthafucka...and I was just there. VERY nice song....the first two verses anyway.

"Problems"...produced by Ace Boogie. Mellowing out the tone of the album, but this is some real nigga shit right here. Straight forward...you want reality? It's right here.

"Middlelude"...produced by Ace Boogie. This is an interlude, where he does a good deed and shouts out his Third World brethren, and names our projects...if he knew how much I was working on, it would be a lot longer.

"Dream" ft. Midas Welle...produced by Ace Boogie. A song about the desire to succeed, and get money....the thoughts of your average urban youth. Supa Dupa MuDDy. Very alternative. This song is an acquired taste.

"Climb To The Sky" ft. Shaun Fauste...produced by Midas Welle. I'm proud of how this one turned out. Very musical with Shaun in the intro singing with the sample. Very lyrical, very rhythmic, one of my favorite songs.

"Sooner Or Later" ft. Skeem Da General...produced by Ace Boogie and Midas Welle. We made this beat at Wright State, and we didn't like it initially...obviously that changed. Another song about creepin' on ah come up. Decent.

"Life O' Tha Pah-Tee" ft. Shaun Fauste...produced by Ace Boogie. Another alternative sounding track, but very storytell-ic.

"2 Bottles" ft. Relly Boi and M.O Hour...produced by Ace Boogie and Midas Welle. Very silly, beatwise. I'd call it "Drinkin' On Some Liquor Pt.2"...Relly was sampled on the hook. It's the alcoholic's anthem...if you ain't got 2 bottles in your hand, this ain't yo song.

"Dreamcatcher"...produced by Ace Boogie. Future Gangsta Funk, I think this was the one I introduced the genre to. The theme: rap Freddy Kruger...as far as I can tell. More gritty, more hardcore, more arrogant.

"Requirements" ft. Skeem Da General...produced by Ace Boogie. I was to appear on this, but I was in a rut at the time....regardless, it's a good song..I like how it turned out. I'm sampled on the hook, "You're in need of those." It reflects on the history of our band and its dopeness, telling how our music releases were premature, but hot nonetheless.

"Chasing Payment"...produced by Midas Welle. I was damn near infuriated when I caught this song on the album....EVERYBODY on the label has been waiting to spit on this song....but I like how it came out anyway.....you get the g-pass on this one.....but I MIGHT "Drought" it.......I don't know....I gotta let it grow on me a little bit.

"Effortless" ft. Midas Welle...produced by Lowell Bateman. Talking shit about how ill we are...not giving a fuck for how these other niggas feel. Another of my favorites.

Okay, so which ones do I recommend if the album doesn't make you listen to it all?
  • Get Mine
  • Semi Ballin'
  • Til The AM
  • On The MIC
  • Hawt Steyeles
  • Problems
  • Dreamcatcher
  • Requirements
  • Chasing Payment
  • Effortless
On a scale out of 100%, taking it back to St.X..............I reward So Low 88%....it has something for everybody...sounds a little rough....very entertaining.....very diverse selection of beats....the features hold their own...and overall, a very chill tone....I can imagine going to his crib it will be the only thing in the airwaves.

In other news, I might have another project dropping, produced by Papa Smurf.

I have two songs thus far....not bad.

--midas is still kinda bitter about how Ace used his verse for "Every Man 4 Himself" on "Dreamcatcher"--

  6. Str-A Rhymes(produced by Papa Smurf)
  7. Hawt Steyeles ft. Shaun Fauste and Midas Welle
  8. Problems
  9. Middlelude
  10. Dream ft. Midas Welle
  11. Climb To The Sky ft. Shaun Fauste(produced by Midas Welle)
  12. Sooner Or Later ft. Skeem Da General(produced by Ace & Midas)

**All songs produced by Ace Boogie himself, unless stated otherwise...and it does.

Very good project. Now we're awaiting a time to get Average Joe to make something.

If you forgot, GET IT!!!

What's the boy on?

Alright, well, I bombed every song I was to do at The Comet on Thursday...that was 3 songs. A verse that seemed to come back to me when I heard the original beat yesterday...I stumbled upon 200+ beats I made in the 2007-2009 period...and two songs from the M.I.C days. I was HIGHLY ashamed......you win some, you lose some, but NEVER throw the fight....so I've been reacquainting myself with songs I SHOULD know. That's going well. I like that shit.

Later that same night, 6 niggas went home with three womens. One I had sex with(not that night), and STILL regret somewhat, the other two, I wouldn't mind hittin' 'em with the flex....hahaha, I gotta laugh at that......but we had a small freestyle session, Skeem on the table-top-pencil-beats. I murdered it, the chickens like my word play...and I like that shit. I drank Moscato, and smoked hashish...both good experiences.

......past that.

I did a beat for M.O for his Maurice Album......I'm feeling where it's going. Ace Boogie has produced all the tracks on it thus far, until I did a beat that's a monster for the album. I'm feeling the maturation of young M.O, I'm no longer annoyed by his presence, I feel he's finally growing into what we wanted him to be....that's good....I like that shit.

Shaun Fauste has gained the respect of his fellow label mates, long time coming too. Very Jay-Zeezy nowadays. I'm proud to have produced much of the EP. He talked with the manager of Buggs the Rocka(spelling?), he feels Fauste, he feels Boogie's beats, he feels my beats and rapping. We're on the way.

I'm increasing my network. People out the woodwork are feeling my musics, and women keep saying the songs "turn 'em on". YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That's why I do this......okay, not really, but it's a very nice perk.

I'm feeling like I haven't done enough passing the half way mark of the year by two months. 104 songs in, more on the way, I feel I'm not doing enough to get us out. M.O is leaving for L.A in a few months, and Boogie and Skeem are plotting to go to the 'Bus....leaving me here with Fauste and Average Joe. Fauste wants to leave too...Joe is thinking L.A as well........A lot of people are suggesting New York to me....and I'm beginning to think it over.....getting there is gonna be cake, I got that covered.....but getting established, blending in, getting a name, that's the hard part.

I've been talking big boy shit, like, I'm ready to leave this city, but as I think about how big NYC is, it becomes......scary. I don't wanna leave without a sure fire idea of what I wanna do, more confidence in my artistic-ness, and money.

Other than that, I think my spittin' spree has finally ended. I've been rapping everyday just about since late April...when I was happy, eyes bright and looking forward to the future...then that got smashed with a mallet, and I'm left with broken pieces of what could've been. I'm sitting on a done Wettening 2, a rough Les Miserables, and two fragments of Wettening 3 and 4. Two songs for 20-X that I may not even use......all this shit, I just wish the world could hear it.

Pffffft. Got a lot of jockers on me. The attention is nice, but you know me, if it's not the full fledged thing, it bores me.....but the attention REALLY isn't that bad. I'm looked at like some kind of enigma, this sex in the flesh kinda thing...I dunno, it's weird to me.

Ummmmmmm...I'll end it with what I'm addicted to right now.

I log on the Book that Faces, and I see young Third World member uploaded the feature he told me about a few weeks ago.

I don't have to go down the tracklist, it's right there. Fuck with it!!!!

I haven't had the chance to listen to it, my downloading manager is still slow and trash. I will though.

I got another project in the works too. 20-X, to celebrate the fact I'll be 20 this 2010, X for Megaman, et cetera...I feel I don't need to explain it.

It's funny to me.....

I've been grinding, in case you haven't read that enough...but as I put out more songs, so do these others cats. Trip through my iPod and see what's poppin' in my mind.

Lil Wayne, he's sitting on 696 songs on my iPod.......I probably only know about 25 of them.

Clad in his Paddington Bear hat, Gucci Mane is tying with Weezy with 696 songs as well....I probably know about 11 of his songs off rip.

Charles Hamilton, after dropping 6 mixtapes at once not long ago, he has 345 songs on my iPod....I probably know 20 of his tracks off rip.

Wiz Khalifa has 216 songs on the 'Pod....which is weird, cuz I had NO idea who he was until LATE last summer....I still haven't gone into his catalog, so I only know like 5 of his songs for real.

Midas Welle himself just cracked 100 songs yesterday. That's three months worth of work. Wayne has been out since he was 12? Gucci has been out 5 years? Hamilton popped outta nowhere in 06ish? Khalifa came out in 06ish? I'm sitting on a C-Note....I'd be worried........I'm kidding...............but for real though.

So, I was chillin' Saturday night, and hit up Seth Boogie's high school friend, DJ Mr.Rodgers...he uploaded a beat to his Soundclick. I liked it, and ask if he would send some beats....he followed through, I dedicated two days to it, and this is what happened.

Mr.Rodgers produced it all...here's the run down.

  1. Twilight--Intro, coming out hard.
  2. Team Bella--Sappy rapping, kinda heartfelt.
  3. Team Edward--The tale of a vampire who awaited the resurrection of his girlfriend.
  4. New Moon--My favorite.
  5. Team Jacob--Beasting.
  6. Eclipse--My other favorite.
  7. Breaking Dawn--Lyrics are three years old.
  8. The Second Life of Bree Tanner--I wrote it months ago.
To those who don't know, Stephanie Meyer is chick who wrote The Twilight Saga....The beats had a dark tone, so it made me think about vampires and such....I attempted to be different while being the same on this project....I can't stop listening to it.

I might be on boycott from Google and Mediafire....Google deleted my post that advertised my "Music For Dummies" project, and Mediafire took it upon itself to delete the project from my folders...so if you have been trying to download it, I apologize...you can still listen to EVERYTHING I have uploaded for you thus far...thinking on the bright side.

Got a show with M.O, Skeem, Ace, Fauste and Average Joe tomorrow....ill-prepared...but we'll see.

I feel I gotta reiterate to myself how talented Third World is.....

I feel I gotta reiterate to myself how talented Midas Welle is....

What is he cooking up?

(Les Miserables) It's basically done...it's in the final stages, with editing, and mixing, and leveling and thinking of when I wanna put it out.

(The Wettening 2: Man on Neptune) I got 7 tracks for this one so far...remember, nothing but beats by The Neptunes.

(The Wettening 3: The Spear Mint) "The Experiment"...rapping on beats that are considered "bubblegum". I have 7.5 tracks for this one.

(The Wettening 4:Shadow) Foreshadow...I'm not necessarily foreshadowing anything..I got 2 for this one, so far it's 'Pac beats...I may go a darker route on this one. Using a bunch of old skool beats for it....

I don't want people to focus on the quantity of music I have, but the quality in each and every little project...I'm giving you something different on each project. I'm tryna flex diversity. A lot of the songs I've been making, I can put on repeat for hours at a time...YES......ONE song, I can listen to for hours. I feel if I can do that, I can impact the musical tastes of a lot of people, all it takes is the right people to listen and spread the word.

I'm not gonna lie, I'm STILL feeling The Wettening: Battlelion, even though it feels like it's been years since I made it. I promise Les Miserables will never get old. The Wettening 2 is my least favorite of the series only because of how personal I'm attempting to get with it, it was just the times...I'm still gonna bang it out.....The Spear Mint will make you laugh your ass off.....but 4, I'm on some str8 gangsta shit with that.

Stay tuned, we're going to the top.

--midas is building it--

It seems Third World and company have been going uber "ham" this week with the music. It's astonishing. What's dope about this mixtape, it streams seamlessly, seemingly, without annoying DJ drops...as opposed to his previous mixtape, Underestimated.

  2. Heart Break (Drake "Over")

  5. Go Stupid ft. Yung B and Yung Money (Waka Flocka Flame "Let's Do It")
  6. She Walk Bad ft. Young Payne (Produced by Young Payne)
  7. Big Vern Talks (Cliche mixtape thing to do)
  8. Pussy Boy (Ha!)
  9. How I Do ft. Skeem Da General and Young Haz (Produced by Young Payne)
  10. Damon Dash (The smash single)
  11. Drop It
  12. Relly Get The Money (Produced by Young Payne)

It seems Third World Records has diarrhea...not in the sense of dropping shit....but in the sense of dropping shit that is the shit.

Skeem has released his first full fledged project, "I'm Onli Kiddin' Vol.1" which is a mixtape....First and foremost, Skeem would like you to know, he doesn't wanna get famous off of his music. That's cool, nevertheless, he still makes good music.

The tracklist doesn't come in any particular order as far as I know. I'ma give it you the way it appears on my iPod. Let's go...

  1. Fuq'd Up
  2. How I Do ft. Skeem Da General(Relly Boi's song)
  3. In Da Nati (Beamer, Benz or Bentley)
  4. Intro
  5. Kidding
  6. Letters To The Heavens
  7. Lovers
  8. Never Losing
  9. No Hooks
  10. Outro
  11. Pain (MY FAVORITE SONG!!!)
  12. Watch Me
  13. Watch Out
I can't really drop anything specific about it, cuz I haven't had the chance to hear it all....but that doesn't stop you.

If there's anything you could say about me, I take care of my artists, despite the stressful process, the B.S life throws our way and et cetera, et cetera.

Shaun Fauste is finally dropping his first feature via Third World Records/A Long Time A.G.O Music....The Mid-West Coast EP!!!!!

Many moons have passed since the ideas of Coolie High and Lust Complex were mentioned.

Let's run down the EP.

  1. Under--Utitlizes an instrumental, "Under The Iron Sea" by Keane. Sets the mood of the EP, letting you know what you're in for.
  2. Never Die(We Will) [Produced by Midas Welle]--I feel it's about originality, and how following your own originality will immortalize you.
  3. Happiness [Produced by Garrick Williams]--Telling the world he doesn't give a fuck what you think, accepting himself. Happiness is on the way, bitch!
  4. L.S.D(Love Shot'em Down) [Produced by Midas Welle]--Reflecting on a past lady friend, I believe.
  5. A.L.L I Am ft. Midas Welle [Produced by Midas Welle]--"I can teach you how to soar, I can teach you how to fly, but I cannot give you the wings." Basically, you gotta get it on your own, the right way.
  6. Voices [Produced by Ace Boogie a.k.a 2-1]--My favorite song...YOU NEED TO LISTEN TO IT!
  7. Fauste Spazzin' [Produced by Midas Welle]--Taking a shit on you before dipping, then disrespecting your camp, yeah, YOU!
Yeah, I know you're expecting a link to this project...........but it doesn't drop until later today. Stay posted, you'll get it, be patient!!!

Midas Czechin' in.

I have 7 songs for The Wettening 2.....I have 7 songs for Music For Dummies........though neither is finished, as well as Les Miserables....I've just been working. Thisismyjob......not to be confused with Thisis50..or Thisisme.....

Anyway. Personally, I just want a giant discography. Mixtapes, EPs, LPs...Poetry album? I may even do a compilation of songs, having artists rap on my beats.....who knows?

Anywho. I just decided on what the premise of The Wettening 3 will be. It will be, The Wettening 3: The Spear Mint...........

The Spear Mint?

"The fuck you on, bra?"

It's another patois.......It means, "The Experiment." Get it now?

"Ooooh...........that name flame, bra."

Thank you.

I'm going to rap on beats that are considered "bubble gum".....get it, 'EXPERIMENT', 'SPEAR MINT'???

Please get it!

You can expect many beats to get done in, maybe "Walk It Out", "Crank Dat Soulja Boy", "Pretty Boy Swag"..........I don't wanna make any promises.......

Remember this....

"You're not already working on The Wettening 4, are you?"

No.......oddly enough.

It's Ace Boogie's birthday. The big 2-0. Yuuurp!

Crabz Ina Bucket

| | 0 Muthafuckin' Comments »

The theory of the crabs in the bucket.....a crab's gonna try to climb out of the bucket....his hatin' ass brethren are gonna see this and pull him down...and so on...and so forth.

Do I feel it's like this in Cincinnati? Yes. I do.

But why?

This city is very small, but everybody here has Hollywood dreams, and wants to see their name in bright lights....not EVERYBODY....but all we get from the continental U.S are whatever the tradewinds blow this way. We wanna be big time Hollywood stars, fashion designers, fashion models, movie stars, cocaine sniffers, and fast life livers.

I say fuck all that, I just want the big break.

He doesn't know this, but I'm plotting on jumping on the M.O Hour bandwagon and trotting towards Cali'......if I can convince Average Joe who's been wanting the same thing, we might could go as a trio....nobody can do it alone.

I'm just tired of being bigger than life and being confined to a cage the size of an atom....in lamens: I don't wanna feel like a sumo wrestler wearing a onesie(in case you've never seen the word: one-zee....it's baby clothing...)

I was walking around Clifton taking in the different personalities. People are gonna respect you if you respect them, but after that, nobody gives a fuck.

Maybe the Mid-West is stunting my creativity....maybe this is where life has been driving me....nobody blows up out of here over here......I dunno.

I ought to think on it.....or throw caution to the wind and listen to that guidance counselor.....

"Call that nigga on the phone!!"
